The aim of this work is not to focus on what traumas we have experienced, but rather to understand and transform the mental and emotional effects they have on us. Traumas are not defined solely by the shock of an event; they are also experiences in life that we are called to revisit—moments that have deeply affected us. They shape our emotional responses, mental awareness, and behavioral patterns.

This process is directed towards freeing ourselves from the lingering effects of past events—especially limiting beliefs, emotions, and energetic burdens. Every trauma carries its own energy; the feelings we experienced at the time, the decisions we made, and the internal limitations that resulted can gradually become embedded in our identity.

The goal is to help the individual detach from the influence of traumatic experiences and move more freely on an emotional and mental level. The work aims both to raise awareness of these impacts and to release the energy they hold. In doing so, an individual can free themselves from the guidance of emotional burdens from the past and continue on their own unique path with greater clarity and intention.
