Let’s take a closer look.
We all have a shadow within us; aspects we don’t want to see, parts we find difficult to accept. And you know what we often do? Instead of looking at them, we project them onto others. We blame, criticize, and distance ourselves. Then we wonder why relationships break down, why misunderstandings occur.

Actually, this is a very familiar defense mechanism. It’s a habit we’ve developed to avoid seeing the discomfort within ourselves; a kind of lifestyle disease. It controls us without us realizing it. But there’s good news: the healing begins the moment we become aware of it.

What I want to say is: true connections are built not quickly, but with honesty. Not with masks, but with openness. The more honest we are with ourselves, the closer we can be to others. Because a person cannot love in another what they reject in themselves.

Yes, this path can be painful. Facing our own misconceptions isn’t easy. But courage begins right here. What we call introspection isn’t about being flawless; it’s about being able to look at ourselves as we are.

Self-acceptance isn’t about giving up; on the contrary, it’s about liberation. When we realize the disappointment of self-deception, we can no longer cling to illusion. And it is at that moment that we come into contact with the truth in its simplest, most naked form.

True satisfaction arises precisely from this: when we are not pretending, when we can be ourselves. When we are honest with ourselves, we establish a genuine connection with others.

Therefore, let us remember: being honest with ourselves and others is not a virtue, but a necessity. It is the only way to a fulfilling, authentic, and vibrant life.

And it all begins in one place:

Being friends with our own hearts so that we may unite without separation.

SHAKTI

A power that already exists within you but which you often forget:

Shakti.
Shakti is the feminine divine energy. But don’t think of it as an energy belonging only to women. Shakti is life itself; the power that moves, creates, and gives birth. It is the breath of the universe.

What we call Shakti Fire is more than a ritual; it is a space of remembrance. It is a partner with whom one reconnects with their own creative feminine energy. Because creation is not just producing something; creation is allowing existence. It is opening up space for the new to be born from within us.

We all have two layers:
Shakti is the universal power; the energy that is everywhere, that moves everything.
Vyakti is the individual being. That is, you. Me. Everyone sitting here.

The Shakti Fire work takes place precisely at the point where these two areas meet: the contact between the universal and the individual; the reawakening of the creative fire within us.

This fire is not burning, not destructive; it is a purifying and revitalizing fire. It makes visible the emotions we suppress, the intuitions we silence, the creative impulses we postpone.

Because what we were taught was:
Don’t slow down. Don’t feel. Don’t trust your intuition. Control. Be tough. Endure.
But Shakti speaks to us in another language:
Flow. Feel. Trust. Allow.

Shakti Fire reminds us of our capacity to give birth to something new. Not just projects, relationships, or ideas; but a new self. A more vibrant, more honest, more whole state of being.

This work is not about performance; it’s not about achieving. It has nothing to do right or wrong. It’s a space of surrender; a state of letting go of control and allowing the energy to carry you.

And this space will be held by Irma.
Not like a teacher, not like an authority; but as a space keeper. Standing at the head of the fire, not directing the process, but as a guide allowing the process to flow safely.

Shakti Fire is an experience; it cannot be described, it must be lived. But I can say this: not everyone who emerges from this fire is the same. Because once a being remembers their own creative power, they can no longer live the old way.
