It is very beneficial to meditate on each chakra with this mantra. If you cannot feel these three aspects of your being during meditation, simply remain in your silence for a while and continue repeating the mantra in your mind.
If you keep repeating and moving the mantra from the root chakra to the lotus chakra, you will eventually ensure the release of this energy within you. Your mood and state of being will shift, and your day or evening will take on a completely different flow.

“God is Love” meditation helps our heart chakra align with divine love.
In the beginning, it is normal to experience difficulty deepening into the meditation posture due to lack of concentration or unresolved, ufnfulfilled personal life directions and worries.
These thoughts will eventually fade away with regular heart chakra meditation practice.
Over time, you will reach a stronger state where your thoughts are always present, yet you are neither influenced nor disturbed by them.
From this point on, you can meditate on your heart for 15 minutes (or longer) in the morning and evening at home, expanding your heart’s energy, helping yourself to relax, and bringing your focus inward. Continuing regularly will be more effective than occasional long sessions.
Om Namah Shivaya mantra is delightful to chant and holds a profound meaning. Its popular translation is “Salutations to Shiva,” yet the true meaning of Om Namah Shivaya lies in its pure inner vibration — spanda. Om Namah Shivaya is the mantric body of the purest state of consciousness; by uniting our mind with this sound during recitation, the yogi merges with Pure Consciousness.
Meditating on Om Namah Shivaya is the process of reconnecting our awareness with our own essence and becoming fully established in it.
